Mediation
Representation in mandatory and voluntary mediation, conduct of negotiations and preparation of settlement documents.
Mediation lets the parties resolve a dispute themselves with the help of a neutral third party. Besides commercial, employment and consumer disputes, since 2023 mediation is also mandatory before litigation in tenancy, partition, condominium and neighbour-law disputes.
As counsel in mediation, preparation, negotiation and drafting the settlement agreement are decisive for whether the outcome can be enforced.
