Urban Regeneration, Expropriation and De Facto Expropriation — Professional Training Seminar

At the TBB and İzmir Bar training seminar, Prof. Dr. Etem Sabâ Özmen lectured on urban regeneration, expropriation and de facto expropriation.

Held within the professional training seminars of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations and the İzmir Bar Association, the session covered urban regeneration practice, the expropriation procedure and the legal problems of de facto expropriation (kamulaştırmasız el atma). Participants received a certificate of attendance.
