In the real property session of the congress organised by Hukukeğitim and the Consumer Law Institute, Prof. Dr. Etem Sabâ Özmen critically assessed the 2025 unifying decision on 'advance' transfers of title to contractors who have not yet performed under land-share-for-construction contracts.
