Burcu Nur TURGUT* IARAŞTIRMANIN SUNUMU Bu makalede, 6306 sayılı Afet Riski Altındaki Alanların Dönüştürülmesi Hakkında Kanun1 ve bu Kanun’un Uygulama Yönetmeliği’nde2 yapılan değişikler, bu değişikliklere rağmen uygulamadaki problemlerin halen çözülemiyor olması ve bu problemlerin altında yatan sebeplere, araştırmanın hacmi müsaade ettiği ölçüde değinilecektir. 6306 s.
