Tenants' Responsibility for Contributing to General Expenses and Advance Payments in Condominium Property
Abstract
The legal analysis presented in this study addresses frequently encountered practical questions concerning tenants’ liability for contributions to common expenses and advances arising from condominium ownership. Through the examples provided, the subject has been rendered more comprehensible, and tenants’ liability in this regard has been clarified in a manner that leaves no room for ambiguity

TENANTS’ LIABILITY FOR THE OBLIGATION TO CONTRIBUTE TO COMMON EXPENSES AND ADVANCES IN CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP Çalışmamızda vermiş olduğumuz hukuki bilgiler, kat mülkiyetinden doğan genel gider ve avansa katılma borcunda kiracıların sorumluluğu konusunu uygulamada sıklıkla karşılaşmış olduğumuz sorulara cevap niteliği taşımaktadır. Vermiş olduğumuz örnekler ile konu daha da anlaşılabilir hale getirilerek kiracıların bu yöndeki sorumluluğu, akıllarda soru işareti bırakmayacak şekilde izah edilmiştir
